01 — Project Overview

The brief

Seraphina Spa is a luxury day spa whose website conveyed none of the calm or indulgence of a visit. Guests couldn’t book treatments without calling, and the brand’s sense of escape was lost in a generic template.

The brief was to recreate the spa’s serenity online, make booking treatments effortless, and open a new gifting revenue stream through digital gift cards.

How we did it

We captured the spa’s sensory world — its textures, light, and unhurried pace — and translated it into a soft, elegant interface with a refined rose accent. The journey leads with treatments and makes gifting a first-class path rather than a footnote.

We built treatment booking and digital gift cards into the experience, then launched with a set of seasonal treatment promotions to drive early momentum.

The results
