Who we are

Information we collect

Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide so we can respond to your enquiry. Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify.

Bookings: when you book a call, scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which collects the details you enter (such as your name, email, and any answers to booking questions) to confirm your appointment.

Server logs: our host (Netlify) automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule and prepare for calls, deliver our services, and keep the site secure and working. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & analytics

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are self-hosted, so no font-provider tracking occurs. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool (Plausible) that collects only aggregate, anonymized usage data and does not identify individual visitors.

Third-party services

We rely on a few trusted providers to run this site: Netlify (hosting and form handling) and Cal.com (scheduling). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We share information with them only as needed to provide these services.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and booking information only as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have shared with us. To make a request, email apexdesignstudios@outlook.com and we will respond promptly.
