The brief
Clarity Consulting is a management consultancy whose generic positioning made it blend into a crowded market. Its genuine thought leadership was hard to find, and the site claimed expertise rather than demonstrating it.
The objective was to make the firm’s point of view unmistakable, showcase its thinking, and attract higher-quality leads who arrived already convinced of the firm’s depth.
