01 — Project Overview
The brief
Lumen Dental is a growing practice that had outgrown its word-of-mouth roots. New patients increasingly expected to book online, but the practice relied on phone calls and walk-ins, and the old site felt clinical and cold — the opposite of the reassuring experience the team delivered in person.
The objective was to reduce booking friction for new patients and present the practice as modern, gentle, and trustworthy. We also needed to strengthen the practice’s visibility in local search, where most of its new-patient demand begins.

How we did it
We surveyed recent patients to understand their anxieties and the friction in booking, then defined a reassuring tone and a frictionless “new patient” path. The interface is clean and airy with a soothing teal accent and plenty of breathing room.
We built online scheduling alongside clear insurance information and treatment pages, then launched with local SEO and an automated review-collection flow to compound visibility over time.

The results
